Deposit and Cancellation Policy

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

All bookings are held in good faith to the arrival and departure date listed in this reservation, at the rate specified. To confirm reservations,  a deposit equal to first night's accommodation is required (for camping sites and any special offers/packages we will require full payment). Variations to this may apply during peak periods at the property's discretion.

Cancellations MUST be made in writing to reservations@karijiniecoretreat.com.au from the original e-mail address used at the time of booking (refer to booking confirmation).

Alternatively, guests who booked via our direct website and have an 8 digit confirmation number may use the cancellation button found on the home page of our site.
Refunds cannot be processed for cancelled reservations until we receive written notification in accordance with the policy detailed below.

Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule your stay, notice should be given as follows to avoid a cancellation fee being charged -

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Karijini Eco Retreat operates in a remote location where cancellations often result in decreased occupancy. If for some reason you need to cancel your booking, your cancellation notice must be received by Karijini Eco Retreat reservations team via email reservations@karijiniecoretreat.com.au or phone +61 (0)8 9286 1731.

• A cancellation received 14 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund
• A cancellation received 1-13 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booking total charged
• A cancellation received on the day of arrival and no shows: 100% of the booking total charged (no refund)
• Guest curtailment / early check-out policy: 100% of the booking total charged/no refund

Payment of reservation – the Karijini Eco Retreat accepts Visa, Mastercard and debit cards. On arrival a pre-authorisation of your credit card for your accommodation amount may be required. Credit card surcharges apply (Visa: 1.06%, Mastercard 1.20%).

If paying in cash, a room security bond will be required upon arrival.

Cheques are not accepted as payment for accommodation unless received, banked and cleared 10 days prior to arrival as a full pre-paid deposit.

Please note that credit card surcharges are non-refundable.
