KARIJINI ECO RETREAT EARNS FULL ACCREDITATION!

In July 2007 the new Karijini Eco Retreat was thrilled to be announced as a fully Accredited Tourism Business - proudly joining over 460 other Accredited Tourism Businesses in Western Australia.

The Western Australian Tourism Accreditation Program is operated by Tourism Council Western Australia.  This program is designed to establish and continually improve industry standards for conducting a tourism business.

Accreditation involves documenting a system of management in order to ensure that businesses are able to continuously supply the goods and services advertised. It moves the emphasis to a pattern of checking processes which, when regularly carried out will prevent mistakes from occurring and help overcome problems prior to them affecting the customer.

Accreditation provides consumers with an assurance that businesses are committed to professionalism both in operations and delivery of service - values that everyone at the Karijini Eco Retreat are proud to uphold!
