Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule your stay, notice should be given more than 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee being charged.

For stays not including WA school holidays/long weekends (during the high season period of April to October) - Guests advising cancellations:

42 days or more prior to the booked arrival date will be entitled to a full refund of deposit monies paid.

Less than 42 days out but more than 7 days prior to the booked arrival date will be charged an administration fee of $30 per booking (or part booking) and the balance of the funds held will be refunded.

Less than 7 days prior to the booked arrival date will NOT be entitled to a refund of any deposit monies paid (but no administration or other fees will be charged) and the balance of funds held will be refunded (if any).

For stays including WA school holidays/long weekends (during the high season period of April to October) - Guests advising cancellations:

42 days or more prior to the booked arrival date will be entitled to a full refund of deposit monies paid.

Less than 42 days out but more than 7 days prior to the booked arrival date will be charged a one night accommodation package fee plus a $30 administration fee per booking (or part booking) and the balance of the funds held will be refunded.

Less than 7 days prior to the booked arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of all monies paid plus a $30 administration fee per booking (or part booking) and the balance of monies held refunded.
