Making a standard accommodation booking (for up to 3 people in an Eco Tent or up to 6 on a campsite) at the Karijini Eco Retreat is a breeze!  All you have to do is follow the simple steps on the booking engine to the left of the screen and you will be able to make your choice from what's available and obtain an immediate confirmation of your booking.

We also have a limited range of Eco Tents that will accomodate a family, or small group of up to four people.  If you would like to book one of these rooms please have your preferred dates handy and contact us via email or call to check availability.

Don't despair!  Please contact us directly via e-mail reservations@karijiniecoretreat.com.au or phone (08) 9425 5591 should there be no availability showing on the day(s) you need as we will endeavour to secure accommodation for you - either through recent cancellations or by prioritising you on a waitlist and contacting you once your requested accommodation can be confirmed.  We look forward to welcoming you to Karijini Eco Retreat!

Credit Card Guarantee:  A credit card guarantee is required to secure your booking - all we require is your credit card details (name, card number and expiry).  NOTE:  No money is drawn from the card upfront, and the information is kept secure, however the Karijini Eco Retreat may charge a cancellation fee to the card (or hold all or part of any deposit paid) if notice of cancellation is not received 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time.   All accounts will need to be paid and settled on departure from the Karijini Eco Retreat.

Cancellations Policy:  Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please advise 48 hours prior to your arrival to avoid forfeiting your deposit or a cancellation fee equal to one nights accommodation charge.

Cyclone Season:  The safety of our guests and staff are of the utmost importance to us.  Cyclones can occur in northern Western Australia - usually between November and April.  In the event of a Cyclone Alert being issued by the Bureau of Meteorology, we reserve the right to close the property if deemed necessary.  In such circumstances all deposits will be refunded in full.  However, we cannot be responsible for any other expenses incurred by guests affected by such a closure. 

Karijini National Park Entry Fees:  Entry fees apply to all national parks including Karijini National Park.  Park Passes are available for purchase from Karijini Eco Retreat but are not included in any accommodation rates or packages.  It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure they obtain the relevant national park entry pass.
